Information & Communication Technology Officer
22.5 hours per week – days to be discussed
Salary: £26,565 - £35,577 pro rata (dependant on experience)
We require a dynamic, outgoing and self motivated individual to join our team who will support the CEO and senior management team on the development and implementation of the information technology strategy for the Hospice. To lead on the development, implementation and delivery of IT projects and solutions ensuring effective communications, management and reporting. To provide technical support, advice and training for users to ensure competence and confidence with the systems and also to provide accurate and relevant management information from the Hospice IT systems.
A recognised IT qualification or significant compensating experience is essential for this role, along with experience of working with a variety of software packages and databases.

We require an experienced Support Worker to work within the In Patient Unit, primarily responsible for carrying out assigned tasks involving direct patient care, in support and supervised by a Registered Nurse.
Experience of working with patients with life limiting illnesses is essential.

Bank Staff Nurse

Willow Wood Hospice is an adult hospice providing care for patients with life limiting conditions. We care for these adults by providing symptom control and end of life care. The needs of the patients and their families are at the heart of all we do.
We are seeking a full time staff nurse, primarily on days but will be expected to cover some nights, to assist with the provision of high quality holistic care. You will be responsible for the assessment and care of symptom control needs, including the medicines management of a patient along with providing psychological support for both the patients and their carers.
To apply you will need to be a level 1 registered nurse with a minimum of 1 years post registration experience. You must have some experience of caring for patients with palliative care needs and in the provision of end of life care.
