How we are regulated:
Willow Wood Hospice is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. The Hospice has a lead inspector whose name can be obtained by contacting the CQC directly, or by speaking to the Chief Executive or Registered Manager at the Hospice directly.
We are registered with the CQC to provide adult care:
Treatment of disease, disorder or injury.
Transport services, triage and medical advice provided remotely.
We were inspected by the CQC in November 2016 using the new way of inspecting which was introduced in April 2015. The full details of the new CQC inspection process can be found here:
