Will your New Year's Resolution be to help Willow Wood?

At this time of the year we all take stock, looking back at what's gone and making plans for the coming months.

Many of us make New Year's Resolutions but quite often they fall by the wayside. Why not pledge to help Willow Wood with your resolutions - it might help you stick to them!

You could:
  • Decide to lose some weight - pledge £1 for every pound you lose.
  • Improve your social life - volunteer a few hours each week. You'll quickly meet like-minded people who will soon become friends.
  • Stop smoking - make a donation from the money you save.
  • Become active - join a sponsored run, swim or cycle and raise £s in sponsorship
These are just a few of the ways you could help us - and help yourself stick to your resolutions.
