Spring is round the corner and, with the roadmap to the end of lockdown now well underway, it's time to start thinking about our health and wellbeing.
Although many people have stuck to their fitness and healthy diet regimes over the past months, we do know that others have indulged in takeaways and lounging in front of Netflix, while for others their clothes have unaccountably shrunk!
Now the sun is coming out and we're looking at returning to the workplace, is it time for you to join our £ for lbs campaign and donate just one pound for every pound that you lose?
And of course, it's not just about diet - it's about getting outside into the fresh air and taking some exercise.
You could join with our 100k in 100 Days - or less! Whether it's cycling, jogging, walking your dog or just taking some gentle exercise with your family, you can do it!
Alternatively have a look at our Virtual Fundraising pages - you'll find out how many steps it takes to complete the Three Peaks Challenge just by climbing the stairs at home or work.
If you do decide to take part and lose some weight for us, it's important to do this safely. March is National Nutrition Month - and there is lots on information on the following website:
And if you need a little more motivation, just remember that eight out of every ten of our patients are cared for by your donations. This means that every single £ you donate or raise by sponsorship is very much appreciated.
Register below - and we'd love to see your photos!
